Natalie is a lawyer at Lotus Legal, specialising in all aspects of employment law. On a daily basis, Natalie provides clients (employees and employers) with practical and tailored solutions across a range of matters including:

• advice on all aspects of State and Federal employment claims;

• drafting contracts and advising on contractual disputes including post-employment restraints;

• interpretation of modern awards and enterprise agreements; and

• undertaking complex payroll compliance reviews and audits.

Natalie held various professional positions prior to being admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017. Before joining Lotus Legal, Natalie worked at reputable boutique and global law firms in their workplace relations teams and is currently a member of the Australian Labour Law Association. After several years in the legal profession, Natalie enjoys meeting and connecting with clients from all walks of life.
