It appears that the Government has altered its original position from reopening the State’s hard border on 5 February 2022.
Notwithstanding the change of position, it is still recommended that employers take steps now to prepare for an inevitable spread of COVID-19 within the community, to minimise any disruption to its workforce and clients.
This may include, but not limited to working from home arrangements and taking steps now to consult with employees.
